Swingarm sliders and spools offer protection for your swingarm as well as a lift point for using a rear stand when working on your bike or removing the rear wheel. Typically made from billet aluminum or delrin, they are designed to slide and prevent damage to the bike. Most late model sport bikes offer bungs or threaded inserts on the swingarm near the rear axle to accept swingarm spools. Please verify the thread size required on your machine before ordering (typically 6mm, 8mm, or 10mm though other sizes do exist).
