Shark fin chain guards are required by most race sanctioning organizations, and help prevent your foot from entering the area between the chain and the sprocket or the wheel in the event of a crash. Some modifications (drilling your swingarm) may be required for installation. This is an often overlooked safety item and we highly recommend installing one on your machine if you do track days or race regularly.
